Talent Management and Human Capital

It is our policy to source, screen, interview and conduct due diligence checks on potential candidates as part of our service agreement to our selected clients.

Each candidate interviewed undergoes various competency-based testing that includes a Work Behaviour Analysis. This enables us not only to forward candidates with the required skill, background and achievements but candidates that fit to the inherent requirements for a position, and who possess the correct behavioural profile that suit a particular environment.

At Vuxeni we always endeavour to add value, through service quality. In this regard we develop a relationship of mutual trust between our clients and strive to act as an absolute certainty provider in all services rendered.
This service starts with a personal visit to our client to establish their exact needs, to outlining the search process, to networking, sourcing, interviewing and assessing our candidates, reference and due diligence checking and supplying the client with a suitable shortlist of bench-marked candidates for interviewing, according to a committed project timetable agreed to between you as our client and ourselves at acceptance of the assignment. Our service furthermore expands to offer, closing and resignation stage, including any possible counter offer to ensure positive candidate acceptance.

Our Process

Given the opportunity we would submit a maximum of 3 top candidates for retained search assignments, and a maximum of 5 on all other assignments. Contract and temporary staffing solutions are supplied as per client’s request. We also make use of selected media perspective as well as conducting a full research analysis whilst working on all assignments.
